Charter Rates and Booking for 2010

One week charter rate

Whole boat, including the services of an experienced Skipper and First Mate, maximum four persons: £2,500

• Flights / airport transfers
• Personal immigration / departure taxes
• Harbour / marina fees outside of home port
• Transit log/ cruising permit
• Personal insurance
• Food & meals onboard**
• Alcoholic & soft drinks onboard**
• Onboard telecommunication costs
• One-way charters can be catered for at an additional cost of 10% of the basic charter rate.

**   Food & Drink:  At the time of your arrival, Lady Liv will hold a basic level of provisions.   All provisioning for your stay will be planned on an ongoing basis, and the subsequent costs apportioned between the numbers of diners onboard.  This will allow you greater flexibility in choosing whether to sample local restaurants ashore, or to enjoy a formal or informal meal onboard.   Some anchorages e.g. Tobago Cays do not have any ashore facilities, so either formal meals or barbecues onboard  are necessary.  

The charterer is also responsible for all personal expenses incurred ashore, i.e. excursions, meals & drinks.
We hope you will have a unique and unforgettable stay onboard Lady Liv, contributed to by your crew. If you wish to reflect your appreciation with a crew gratuity, this would be gratefully received.

Check in & out

Embarkation is by arrangement, but normally 18.00hrs, disembarkation 09.00hrs.

Discounts & reductions

We very much hope that you will enjoy your stay onboard Lady Liv with us, and want to come back ! So we offer a 15% discount on all repeat bookings.

Booking

All prices are quoted in £ Pounds Sterling. As all of our trading expenses in the Caribbean are carried out in either US Dollars, or Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD), we may need to vary our published pricing in £ Sterling if there are large fluctuations in currency exchange rates. We will advise any changes prior to your booking with us, and once your deposit is paid, all prices to be paid for your Charter will be fixed.

A non-refundable 25% deposit of the whole boat fee is payable at the time of booking, via bank transfer. Please contact us via e-mail at in the first instance, advising cruising dates and numbers that you require and we will contact you to confirm availability and price. We will also forward a booking contract and terms & conditions of charter to you, which you need to return at the same time as paying your deposit. The balance of monies will be due for payment in full no later than eight weeks prior to the start of your charter. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance, as we are unable to refund deposits lost through cancellation.

We are happy to accommodate families aboard Lady Liv, however please contact us to discuss your requirements if your children are under the age of 14, prior to booking.
